Ok we've read the Books & watched the DVD's , I Myself have Recorded & Saved Dean's TV Info Commercial's on my TiVo .........LOL .
Lets Face it seriously Doing Deals isn't as easy as reading A Book or watching A show on TV , It takes Time , A Little Money , Finding the Money , Getting the Deals locked , Finding buyers , Signing loads of Paperworks , waiting months for the deal to close , & another few months to see A check in your mailbox ....LOL hell by ttime you know it its A year later when you get the check........LMAO
its not that easy & the Money does not just show up at your door step you have to get around & get the business going , wait around for months & then see the Results .
& for those NaySayers who say its all A Scam or Fake , I will say this , Nothing is for Free & who said the Money will Jump out of the Box when you get it .
it takes alot to get deals done & closed & to see the results.
It is for sure not for someone that is Lazy or has know vision. But just do something every day, will bring it that much closer.

That all depends on your time and effort. Do you really want it badly? I know I do because I'm not giving up finding buyers with cash. There will be obstacles that will send you highs and lows. Don't fear rejection! I'm pretty sure all the success students had to go through some sort of rejection phase, but they never gave up and kept pushing.
YES, I agree. Doing deals is not as easy as it may seem.It takes ALOT of
reading, studing, and learning.Espececially outside the US.Also alot
of work trying to connect with all the necessary people one needs on
your powerteam.I do stongly believe, tho, that persistance and
determination , and never giving up, will bring the desired results.
Just as Dean has repeatedly said, Rome was not built in a day.WE need
to keep our eyes on our goals.Remember obstacles are what see you when
you take your eyes off your goals. So keep on keeping on.We`ll get
there.
but what other options do we have that will get us the results that this will.
Answer; nothing that's why we will never stop trying!!

it would be a piece of cake, there are a ton of deals were we are,but trying to get the buyers and the deals to match is what takes so much of our time and effort.
But if it was easy everybody would be millionaires, and we know that's not the case!!!
The ones that make it are the ones that never stop untill they reach there dreams, and we will reach ours

It all depends on the person or type of deal you are trying to complete. My partner and I started in August and are about to make 8k off our first deal AND cash flow. Its been 2 months and we both think we can do it faster than our first one.
I will agree with one thing, the more money you have, the faster it goes. If my partner and I used no money I'm sure we wouldn't be that much further behind to where we are now though. Just remember to keep working like you havent made a deal yet, even if ones in the works! Keep finding buyers, sellers, deals, and always move forward. Some people stop working when they have one deal potentially, then they find out it wont work out and they wasted all that time sitting around. Work smarter not harder!

Im just reading the comments of all the people that have just commented on this indever.Im excited about the possibilities in the vidios and comments Iv watched and read. And I realise that nothing comes without effort.I would appreciate the best advice and direction to proceed going forword. As I know very little about realistate investing. What do I need to learn next?
Keep studying, don't give up. As Dean has previoulsy stated, "Learning is a process not a destination." There is so many different topics to be learned in REI, try going after something that you're already interested in. For example, short sales, assignments, or maybe even lease options. Whatever floats your boat. Be persistent and don't stop studying! Even if its reading Dean's books everyday or visiting this website, both are extremely helpful.
To your success,

It does take a lot of work unless you have money and great credit to start with, but you can do it no matter what your situation is. You just have to put in the work. If your looking for an easy get rich scheme, then this is not for you. You will fail, but even when you fail you are gaining knowledge.
I failed a lot at first but I never gave up. put in 100% honest effort and find your way around the obsticals and the many no's you will get from banks and Agents among other things until you get a yes. Like Dean says, if not now and not this ,then when and what? you will be in the same position your in now a yr from now if you dont go for it.
good luck to all and never EVER give up!!
