From what I have read; the best way to find the value of a property is a Competent Realtor who knows your market. They are supposed to be the experts on comps; because different sites have different algorithims they use; and we really don't know how "accurate" they are in todays market.. having said that-dean has his own cool website which is : www.totalviewrealestate.com. The information that we're all after on any property is RECENT SALES of COMPARABLE HOMES in terms of Area of town; Sq footage; similiar BD/BA (3BD; 2BA-etc.) That is my take on what Ive read via the books and this website.
