Currently working with an investor buying SFR REO properties. He needs light rehab, vacant homes. He is a non-profit org. and they repair credit and do 1 to 3 yr. lease/purchase. He is buying in FL, TX, CO, CA, AZ and NV. He can close quickly and will buy on an ongoing basis. Properties in FL & TX in the $100k and up range and the other states $200k and up. He currently has a list of close to 50,000 vets needing homes. Would love to work with anyone who can help fill the need.

I have a property available right now in Scottsdale AZ that I need to find a buyer for. I have several people looking right now and it might not be here for very long but let me know soon and I can send over the info to the guy.
the property is for 300k but is worth 500k.
