OfflineWent to the house today and since yesterday afternoon (when I was there with my contractor) someone has come in a mowed the yard, cleaned the interior and LOCKED all windows (so now I have no access).
Called Fannie Mae again and it is still not on their list and she could not give me broker information yet. Keeping my eyes open for it to show up on their website but, I was SHOCKED to see the property improved since the auction was just Thursday.
Still looking for ANYONE on this site with Fannie Mae experience to give me pointers since this is all new territory for me.

One idea may be to try to find which local real estate agents or brokers normally handle these in your area and they may be able to provide some additional information or insight on this home.
Also, pull comps on previously sold Fannie Mae homes and see if there are a few agents that are listed more often then not. I found that certain baks usually liketo list with the same agents in our area. Good luck with your search. Believe and Achieve!
