** 5:00 a.m - Wake up call from my fiance.

** 5:30 a.m - She realizes its Saturday and i am allowed to sleep in. Eh oh well...

** 6:00 a.m - Sign on to DG.com. While waiting grab some frosted flakes. Answer some PMs, replies in topics. Inspire those needed hope (What i love to do)

** 6:30 a.m - Check out the morning newspaper for some property leads. Jot em down on my handy dandy laptop.

** 6:45 a.m - Realizes if my laptop fried I'd be in deep trouble. Lol after 3 years I'm just now realizing this.

** 7:00 - 7:30 a.m - Daily workout. Phew.

** 7:45 a.m - Shower time......

** 8:30 a.m - walked down to a house for sale by Realtor. Logged the phone # in my awesome Blackberry.

** 8:45 a.m - Realized wow I'm so depended on technology. Yikes.

** 9:00 a.m - Made a new Gmail account for my REI business.

** 10:00 a.m - printed out a few Assignment and Purchase Agreement Contracts to be ready for that BIG DEAL coming soon!

** 12:00 p.m - Ate lunch with my aunt, who is a Realtor. Discussed future plans. She said she would be glad to happy to help me out. Family rocks!

** 1:00 p.m - played some basketball with my little sister. She's 16 and i call her little. Lol

** 2:00 p.m - Back on DG.com checking out new topics and posts. Just chillin with my DG family

** 4:30 p.m - Made this awesome journal to record my journey! Whoo!

** 5:00 p.m - to be continued.......

** 6:00 p.m - Checking out backpage.com for my area. found a few leads. will follow up.

** 7:00 p.m - Checked out craigslist.com and responded to PMs

** 9:00 p.m - Talking on the phone with my fiance. Will be back later folks...

You started your journal? Alright, way to go!! Hey, I had my laptop stolen two years ago and I had my database of buyers and sellers on there. I had to start over, so you might want to save some of your stuff on your email account as a back up, just a helpful hint.

Yup sure did... Rina pushed me too Glad she did... it's rather fun.... i kinda update my daily journal entry by the hour.... .makes it fun and keeps me active.... I'm always busy doing something... Ouch... I'm sorry to hear that you had your laptop stolen... Yeah i save a lot of my stuff to my e-mail accounts.... i have like 20 lol... You know they say don't have each account with the same password because if someone figures it out your screwed... Well gosh i sure aint gonna come up with 20 different passwords... That would cause me to have to write them down.... eh no... LOL! Thanks for posting and i WILL have some deals soon.... already gonna make some contacts Monday. I'm building my database as we speak.

I have a ton of them too, but I have a couple of main ones that I save my information on. Just in case my laptop crashes or something. It's just a precaution to having to start over again. Well, I'm glad Rina pushed you to do it, don't you feel better now? LOL! She's such a great lady. We look forward to more posts from you!

That was a really great tip about keeping backup info on your e-mail! Then you have access to it from anywhere, too, if you don't have a laptop. David, (and all you newbies), pay close attention to Elena. She and Anita are the most experienced "assigners" on the site. Good way to start.

I don't know about all that, but I do appreciate the kind words, as always you're a sweetheart! Of course everyone knows Rina is the Queen of rentals! I love my laptop. Heh till it fries on me again *crosses fingers* Mike you should definitely make a journal. it doesn't have to be much but it'll get you going and you might even get some quick responses to any questions you have faster if you post em in your journal... everyone has to start somewhere right?

Yeah Elena i gotta agree with ya on that. Hands down Rina is the Queen of Rentals.... Ah yeah i remember that call. Truly inspiring to make me wanna get out and DO IT! Just great stuff im tellin ya....

your metabolism fades... this i figured after weighing 140 lbs for 6 years lol then i put on some pudge and said "OH NOES"
