First Time Buyers and co signers

I am new and I just read your Dean List. In looking for partners. Where would be the best place to locate these people. Advertise? I don't really have an idea where to start. I would really appreciate any suggestions.

I am also a first time home buyer and I ran into that problem. I had a buddy/friend/partner that would also sign, but since he lives in a house already, it made everything null and void. We could redo everything, but you wouldn't qualify for the first time homebuyers rate, programs, etc. This was in IL, but it may be different in your state. I am not 100% sure, but sure it is close.

I'm also new to home buying. So my first step in the real estate world should be buying myself a house so i dont have to pay rent anymore. I've herd first time home owners loan mentioned before but does anyone know more details of it. I have a low credit score would i still get approved?? I know i can call my banker to find out but i want to make sure i get the most out of this oportunity. So any info on this deal would be very appreciated!!

listen stoke, for first time homebuyers there are great deals that FHA has, like they will give first time homebuyers $4,500 in credits for closing costs and down money, BUT, you must read the fine print, on some of the deals you have to pay the asking price to get the credits.If you can find out what exactly is your credit score i can help you further.CLASS DISMISSED,SULLY.
