I recently found a house that appears abandoned: weeds, empty, old mail on porch, etc. After searching assessors office, the sellers are listed as CHRISTOPHEL FAMILY TRUST. The house as well as the contacts are in same city and I don't know if its for sale, because the tax are all paid up to date; so, should I write them and if so, how should I approach? Oh, I am a first time investor.
