The two vidios are outstanding especially because I am in California, and I am in process of locating a realtor that can hang on and not be negative or has tried to snow me with false concepts. The U-Hual story I loved it, I got my book in Aug/09, have read and re-read and have made my mind up I will continue taking small steps at a time till my next input will be of my 1st purchase, Dean I plan to meet you personally next year, and like Dean tells us no one will take care of your family, so for the sake of families....don't let fear or the thought of lack of money stop you, GOD created us to have a full life, with over flowing in all aspects of life. See yah!!!!

Good for Chad! He's not going to let his dreams be squashed by some small-minded, dreamless realtor. After hearing about his experience I'm going to tweak my initial contact document to try to limit time wasted on unmotivated realtors. Bill's a sharp guy. I have a question. Do I need to start a LLC before I start do some deals? My problem just like many is no money and no credit. I am currently going thru a short sale on a house that I own in Phoenix and until I get rid of the house I have no extra money to spend, let alone what it is doing to my credit score. Luckily the loan was just in my name and does not affect my wife so I am trying to get her involved in the program, Then we could use her credit until we get established. Will the fast track program help me get started? I really want to get this off the ground. I currently work for the State of Arizona and there are going to be layoffs and I want to make sure that I have money coming in before that happens. I am also partially disabled and will be going out on medical disability and this will work so I won't lose my benefits from that. Please answer as soon as possible. I am getting very nervous and I know that this will work. I found 5 properties in Kingman that they are willing to sell for $200,000.00 and I know that I can get it for less. The houses are in various stages of construction and I am pretty sure that I can make some startup money from just this one deal. Please help.

These videos are AWESOME!!! The information in them is pure gold. Like Rina said, I want my agent to see the first one. It gives them the motivation to get on the bandwagon: this agent is making money coming and going. Like Dean says, its all about the win-win-win deal. The buyer wins a house at a discount, the agent makes money with both hands, and we the DG students make a profit and put together a deal that otherwise would not have happened.

Because it's not all about the money. It's about accomplishing a goal. That is an achievement all on its own. And because it is a creative process (Dean often compares it to cooking a meal) it brings with it a sense of satisfaction worth more than the money itself.

Of course, making money is a good thing, too

More good info from Dean and his team. Thanks for keeping us pumped.
I had a question though on the U-haul info Bill gave.
Wouldn't you have to know the cost data from many more states to compile usefull info?
It would also be helpful to know the relative costs, (U-haul Portland to SD and SD to Portland) when the SD housing market was "good" several years ago. This would hopefully show the difference Bill infered.
