I finally got the guts to take the first step on calling a local real estate investor that I detail his cars on my buyers list that i am starting. Knowing he's a full time investor, I called him and asked him if i can put him on my buyers list and he's all happy to be on the list. He's going to E-Mail me his critria of what he deals in soon and hope i can start growing my list. felt so good to get this started and was kind of scared at first, but took the first step. Now on to step #2. And Dean great show on Thursday & Saturday.
