Hi everyone... Im a 31 year old guy that works 50 to 80 hrs a week and I want to be able to change that by using real estate. Before reading Deans books I had invested in two properties both being buy and rent with a positive cash flow. After 20% down and retovation costs I am left with little money to buy more investments which brought me to order Deans books and now here. Im here to learn as much as possible from other peoples experiences an also help people from my experiences.
