Im in the process of trying to find a real eatate agent. And im using the technigue Matt Larson has taught many of us. Heres the problem, everytime i ask the agents for a list of all cash buyers in the area for the past 90 days they send me a list of properties purchased in cash not the actual names of the buyers. So my question is should they be sending me a list of names or do i need to do the research to find out who the buyers are after they send me the properties that were purchased in cash??? Any input would be appreciated thankyou.

Hi Joe:
You will need to do some work to get the names of the buyers. The mls doesn't take names only statistics so once you know the sale was cash, research the address on the appraiser's site or the tax records to see who the bills are being sent to.

Finally I found a Realtor, and she is very helpful, she sent me a list of cash buyers from the area.And yes, I have to find the names and mailing address of them.
But before I didn't have her, I used www.findcompsnow.com page, where you can find the certain area's cash buyers with name and address.
And guess what, from the realtor I only got the list, which was sold by realtors, so on my previous list I had a lot more contact.
