Hey Randy, Thanks for getting on this site and letting us new comers see that a real person like yourself shows that all of this can be achieved. I have imprinted in my mind some of your statements about the success academy being there for all who use it. That is a good reminder for those like myself who has been dragging my feet to get my first deal done.

great to read more of your story. Truly an inspiration to show it can be done. Tell me, with the success academy and you two year anniversary coming up, how many deals have been completed? Sure would like to hear more about those too!

I went to a free seminar in Texas and I liked the information and really wanted to drop a creit card or some funds for the academy , I really do not have he funds now but hopefully I will have a chance to participate in one pretty soon. Some folks do not have the capital but really want to participate. I know to make an investment and thats is a start. I salute those who are doing well on this website , I will believe I will also become one of the many success stories.

This may sound bad. I am not really sure. I am getting close to triple digits. I am going back threw to find out the true numbers. I have done just about all the strategies that Dean talks and then some. But everything I do is 0 of my money. This has really been fun learning. Their has been a lot of downfalls in the beginning. And a lot of hours spent learning how to do this. But in the end it all has been worth it.

You would be surprise at how many pms I get of the that join and don't use the great coaches. And the bottom line is the reason most don't use them is fear. This way they have someone else to blame. It pretty tuff when you do everything that is ask of you, But you have no deals. And then you have to get up and look at yourself in the mirror and look at the person that is really to blame. Believe me I know been their and done that.

for sharing all this information with the family here. There are a lot of us out there that have been here trying for some time and still have not made it far for some reason or another, I am one of those that have been here for some time and have not made a deal yet with many offers put in. I know I am not doing some thing right some where no doubt but I will find out too what the problem is that is slowing things down. I could post a lot here but there has been a lot posted in my own journal as well. I love reading every one of your posts and from the others as well to learn all I can, I learn quicker than some people do. Like a lot here would really like to use the success academy as well but like every one says is the money involved in this but you have started with little and signed up with the academy and made something out of it. I was give the chance twice, the first time the cost were around 15k, premium, then I got a second call last month and was told I would hear back, they were going to try and see what kind of a deal we could work out as for down payment and monthly payment.
Well I was asked for a cc if I had one, no I do not have any of them and do my best not to use them either, I used to have one when I lived over seas but only used it if I needed a rental car and when I left there the card got destroyed.
All options that would of been possible and everything was explained on how they had things figured out too. The way my luck has been running lately with bills from unexpected things, like doctors or car repairs that extra money to put on the side to invest in other things is gone quick.
Well will quit here but like I said I really love reading your posts when you do some, gives me ideas in which way to start, and things I could do but seems like right now everything just goes the wrong way for us at this moment.

For the great advice, that is what I have been doing because the investors I have on my buyers list all want assignment of contract so before I can even tell them about a property I have to have it under contract before I tell them.

Hey Randy,Your story and others DG members give me the best hope that you can do anything as long as you take action!. I am currently working for peanuts now that is I am selling boiled peanuts on the street to get bye.But again reading your story gives me hope. Great job!
