OfflineI just wanted to take a few minutes and respond to all of the people that have fear about the success acamady. I am probably am one of the hardest people you will ever meet when it comes to buying something off of the TV. I was ashamed to tell anyone what I did. I am really surprised the success acamady even called me back after I talked to them. I gave them the third degree. I told them up front that it took a idiot to buy something of the TV. Long story short I told them I needed something in writing. I got ever thing from them that I ask for. In the begin I really had dolts that I would get a refund if I did 5 deals in a year. I even got that back. I did hit a lot of obstacles in the first 6 months. But with the help of all of Dean,s loyal staff the last nine months have been great . I have closed 20 deals to date. I own 15 homes. All are 0 down and none of my credit, Due to the fact I had no job and just filed bankruptcy. This should say something within itself, They never promise to put money in my pocket, But they did say if I would follower a few instruction that I could put money in my pocket. Key word follow instruction and take action,. I did and it payed off. In closing I would like to add, If you join the success acamady and just go check the mailbox everyday I bet you want find any money. But if you do the little things like they suggest you will be setting here on a sat Morning like I am trying to type a story of success. I am just a hard working country boy. If I can do this anyone can.

I'm spending a lot more time on the site now trying to keep my enthusiasm going. I appreciate that you take the time to share where you have been and where you are going. I find that some days the most challenging thing about this business is the isolation. You gave me an idea while reading posts to see if there is a way for DG members to get together possibly by state. This might also lead to partnering on some deals. Have you done anything like that in your area? Can you also explain what you were talking about regarding the tax sale? Thank you.
Yes I am in the process of of trying to get something going here with other members as we speak. I am actually going to meet some one from Nashville Wed. And no I have not done any tax sales yet.

My wife and I want to join the Academy.
We have done nine deals so far and are still trying hard everyday. They are all REOs deals where we bought, rehabbed, and sold/hold. Now we are trying to get wholesale going. But soften we find ourselves in a situation where we are not exactly sure what the next best course of action might be.
Based on what we have seen/read, the Academy sounds like exactly what we need - expert advice/help when we need it. Some gurus do once a week live deal making call, etc, where you can actually ask Qs about your deals. But that's not enough.
