SUCCESS ACAMADY AND COACHES ARE REAL !!!

I did also talk to the tax club a few times. what they had to offer to me at the time I didn't need. If someone is starting out new and doesn't have a accountant or have any ideal how to set up a corp or LLC they are probably not a bad investment. Once I explain my situation they nether called or bother me any more. Hope this helps some of you that are struggling on what to do. And the Success Acamady could also help lead in the right direction. If you take action you will see results.

I just wanted to share this from past experiences, Anytime you deal with the public their are some you can never make happy. Before I joined the acamady I did a lot of research on Dean, I found a lot of negative stuff, But I didn't stop their. After checking with the Better business bureau I was really impressed at how claims had been resolved. All some one ha to do is a complaint even if its legit or not. Something I learned a long time ago if you do something good for 100 people they might tell ten, Let one person be unhappy and they will tell everybody they see. But usually these people are unhappy with them self and their cup will never be half full, They are probably lucky if they even have a cup. Before you feed into the negative people that likes to bash Dean and his program find out what these negative people have going for them. If you don't believe in what I am saying check with all the positive people that have been affected by Dean's program. Their are a lot of them out their all over the United states. Good Luck If his program was all about money why would you get a refund. I just glad that their are a few people like you Dean that likes to give back.

The Academy was exactly what we needed to make ourselves successful in Real Estate. As many of you know we did a deal on our own through a different Guru that cost us $150k in Credit Card Debt and a nasty way to start our life out together.

We were soured on Real Estate and then we discovered Dean and his strategies. We did try to do a couple of them but didn't have the support and all the knowledge that we needed. We got the call from the Success Academy and we didn't really have the money to do it, but we also couldn't aford not to....What do we mean by that. Well, being that far into debt our regular day to day jobs are not going to get us out of the nastly debt ever so we needed the education and support that the Academy could provide. So we signed up and put even more $$$ on our credit cards.

We were motivated to get ourselves out of debt and to get our Academy investment back so we gave it 100% and went to work! The tools and education that the Academy gave us were second to none. Additionally, the support that the coaching staff provided us was absolutely amazing and something we could never say enough about. We were able to call and work through our various road blocks as they came up. They also were there for us when we had gotten to a higher level and we just needed the reassurance. They gave us the reassurance we needed and a few techniques to make that great deal even better.

We wouldn't have gotten where we are today without the academy and their support. Thank you we've learned a lot and are on our way to acheiving our dreams!!!

Thank you for clarifying that for so many people. I am not a member of the Academy yet, but I can't hardly wait to join. I am stuck and sometimes get overwhelme, but I know once I joined the Academy, things are going to fall in place. Thank you for all your input on that.

I was the same way you were when joining. VERY skeptical, asking for all the documents. We sent Kevin in email every bad thing said about Dean on the internet and discussed it all with him. We spent a total of over 12 hours on the phone with Kevin before saying, ok, we'll do it! My husband of course isn't using any of it and is still going on about how we've now had to pay off the credit card and I haven't done 1 deal yet, but what I've done thus far has allowed me to be prepared to take off! And, now I'm at that point I'm ready to start dealing and showing my husband what I already know about the academy.

I feel like a fish out of water during this time because I have no idea what I'm doing yet, but to be able to call them (and recently its been 3-4 times a day) and get the solid advice helps me to do something that on my own I wouldn't have the confidence with on my own without the solid advice and hand holding. I'm going to be succeeding here soon, too!

I haven't had a good experience with the Tax Club though. Would have much rather spent the money to go to the EDGE event. Thanks for showing everyone else how great the academy is. I've been there 8 weeks, and I am ready and prepared to do my first deal and armed with a plethora of not only knowledge, but with an entire support team to turn to through the whole process because of the Success Academy. I'm glad the academy helped you and so many people out, I been with the academy for a year now and still aint got my first deal yet,and it isnt be cause I didnt take action,I been doing everything and I going to keep on doing everything,I think dean is the real deal,but when I call the academy I wish I would get that sweet ladie all the time she was the most help,their was 3 different guys that was frustrated with me because I kept on calling,I'm a little slow,so I ask alot of questions,they didnt like me asking alot of questions I guess,I will not give up though.

Great attitude, With one like that you will succeed. It took me over 6 months to do my first deal. And I was working 60 to 80 week to get this done. But once I got the first one under my belt it just seem like everything fell into place. And yes I wore out the success acamady phone line to. Good Luck.

I just wanted to thank you for sharing your success story about the academy.
As much as I would like to take part I just can't afford that right now.
I am the only person in the home right now with an income and i just barely make the bills now, and I do that by scrimping on the food budget.
Before learning about Dean and RE I had started an online biz that sells jewelry. I also do magic shows for children's birthday parties.
I have stepped up my efforts on both of those fronts to try and increase my income so that I can join the academy.
I know that if I put in as much effort towards the RE as I do these other things that I would be far more successful.
I have spoken with RE agents, mortgage brokers, buyers and sellers. I spend time here on the site and read and reread Deans books.
I am trying to move forward with the knowledge that this provides but I know the academy would be so helpful.
I guess I kinda rambled a bit so I'll stop now.

I know for me when I did join the acamady it was one of the hardest things i ever did in my life, My back was really against the wall.I do know they have several different plan, I not sure what they all are, but they do try to work with people. You really sound motivated and personal I think that 90 % of the battle to success, I wish you the best of luck and if i can ever help out let me know.

I've read a lot of the posts on this site that question Dean & his couching. Most of the time, they're REAL questions. Rarely, they're just hateful non-sense.

I don't understand why this site censors the real questions & concerns, because Dean & his people don't have anything to hide. Dean's a good guy, so why censor the people who question him? The questioning will only lead to more people supporting Dean.

The perfect example was the one from last night (that's now deleted). It was a guy asking about the academy & he posted a link to some youtube joker who only had 3 videos-all of which were him ranting about companies he doesn't like without presenting evidence.

If someone is so violently opposed to Dean (or anyone/anything), they should be able to back up what they're saying or they're not credible. The Youtube guy just wasn't credible & I think people would've seen that.

I hope this comment doesn't get deleted, because I'm on your side Dean.

Basically, I think the admins should reconsider deleting posts. Those post can benefit you.

BTW, too anyone thinking about joining the coaching program, I'm a success academy student & it's good stuff. I think Dean's critics criticize everything poorly... Unfortunately, that's who they are.

Everyone needs to know the value that they will get if they utilize the Academy. I had about a 20 minute conversation with Bill earlier. Man, the guy was great at just giving me the right direction to go in. Priceless information and real action steps, not motivation fluff. I'm an advocate for DG and the Success Team and everyone here at DG.com. You can't get this ANYWHERE else. It's worth it and everyone deserves it. God bless!!

I too am a member of the success academy. I joined almost a year ago and I've yet to do a deal either. I have however, been using a lot of the information I've learned there to try to set my business up on an almost automatic system. I work at night and I work usually 12 to 14 hours per shift and my boss doesn't allow me to sit down - not even when I find time to stop and eat lunch. So by the time I get off, I'm pretty tired and sore. I try to use my off days to get as much reading and prep work done to eventually be able to get some deals done and get out of the life I'm living.
I do recommend the Adademy to anyone wanting to get the most out of the teachings of Dean and his staff. I know that I will not get my 5 deals done for my refund, but I see it as an investment in my future and well worth the money.

Many times we look at our immediate circumstances and forget about all the good things in and around us, as such, we become bitter with our ownself and people around us, who may have nothing to do with what's happening This will cause us to get very angry. This, 100% causes us not to focus on anything but that ugly (PEN). Like I said early it seams so had to do a post when things are going good' I mean look at me, I am guilty too. I didn't post anything myself either up until about 5 weeks ago. I bet you if things had really gone bad i would have been on here a lot sooner. And in no way is that fair to Dean and his loyal staff. Everyone might be surprised of how many people could be helped by us doing our part as members of the DG family. And yes I am sure that their are students that sometime get lost in the crack.But from everything I have seen when this happens Dean and his staff do everything possible to get it resolved. I enjoyed reading your blog. I want to let you know that I am a real estate investor (Woman) and that Real Estate has certainly been good to me and my family. You are doing a good job. As a coach I would tell you to just stay positive and keep moving forward do not let family members or anyone else stand in the way of your dreams. Once you start making money they will be on board. Keep pushing forward. Please call the advisory line. Just remember "Whatever the mind of a man (woman) can conceive and believe it can achieve." Hi,I've been a member for at least a year. I have studied under several other RE Gurus I've spent thousands of dollars and when it came to needing help that was more thousands. When I saw Deans book for so cheap I was skeptical but interested. To me he is genuinely trying to help people learn without spending money and never using the education. this site for instance putting students in touch with each other helping each other overcome fear or whatever is needed thus having to break it down builds up their own confidence. I just signed up for the Academy mostly for the advice hot line. I'm tired of spending money I want to earn it back this year. My own house is due to be auctioned on the 16 of April any investors out there interested let me know. Inning out of time quick.Thanks

I just wanted to say thankyou to everyone that has responded and for all the PM i have received' But for the ones that sent the PM and didn't post Try posting to. You don't know who you might be helping. I have said this before, I can never give back what the Success Acamady has given to me and still does today. When I joined the Success acamady I did have to change a few things about me. EVERTHING. Today I am glad i did. I am really looking forward to the EDGE so I can shake some of these coaches hand for what they have done for me. I have actually become friends with some of them and never met them. Thanx for posting this info about the academy. I joined them over a year ago and haven't done a deal yet. when I would call them the 4 different men I spoke with were short with me so I stopped calling the academy. But after reading your blog I will be calling them tomarrow and bugging them daily with questions.
