Well I am a 30 year Carpenter that just went back to school to get a Degree in Business Management, The only problem its not fast enough I have always been interested in real estate in one way or another whether its building or buying.
I have been interested in investing for many years but never could find the opportunity to learn, now I'm more determined than ever to succeed in real estate investing. I am brand new to this site and the investing, I have no money due to economy and forced to decrease my pay and do not have enough credit to purchase, I am basically looking to do assignments or some other strategies to make some quick cash to invest back into my investing Business, I have just bought Deans newest book and hoping that this will get me on the right track
