Wow! I was a succesful wholesaler a couple years ago , never used my own money and when the housing market crashed I was lost , and now i know it's time to get back in the game so I orderd deans forclosure program which is great marketing material but lacks what to do once you have a contract so i called to see what the mentoring was about and have to say what a high pressure sell that is, i talk to a raul and when i told him i wasn't interested in the mentoring he flipped out telling me i wouldnt be doing anything in real estate and since i just order deans course i started doing my mail campaine and contacting real estate agents to place offers on reo's , but he raul keep telling me i'm not going to do anything without his help. truly disappointed dean, i'm a closer to maybe i should work for you. not! what you don't tell your students is if you put offers on reo's and don't close on them the banks will blackball you...really got a bad taste in my mouth , thought you were differnt but its all about upsale. I have spent over 20k learning this business and flipped about a 100 contracts and to be talk at from your closers like that makes me sick. why the high pressure sale, same old bs as the other gru's
