I have been involved in the hair business for 35 years and along the way bought several properties to have an additional cash flow , I even got my licience to be able to find and help others as well , then realized I didnt need it to find great deals , although it was a good learning experiance , I am using the real estate business to build my retirement income , I am currently on track to retire around 2015 , Dean has me very excited and becoming more involved with the creative side to doing transactions and learing how to determine a good deal on a property when I see it, thanks so much for the info and helping others become successful and realize their dreams and a vehicle for making them come true,.

Hi I am excited about receiving my books , I have dabbled in real estate for 10 years and done alright , I even got my licience here in Oklahoma , but now I am ready to get on with it and build a system of wealth , cash flow and steady income that will come in on a monthly basis so I can retire with out worring about how to get by on ssi and savings.
