How to come up with "Deposit" money to buy MLS Properties
Hello. I have been going through Dean's books.
I don't have much money to start with.
I know that when buying foreclosures, REOs, doing short sales, and any property in the MLS, that you have to deal with Realtors and that most require a "deposit".
My question is, when dealing with these sorts of properties, how do you come up with the 'deposit' money required by the Realtors/Owners?
I just want to wholesale/assign these properties to another investor and get a profit without using any of my own money.
