I moved recently from New Jersey to Virginia in 2012. As I am writing this, it is now 2014 and I am 24 years young. I have been reading and studying Deans books since the age of 18 or 2008. Sad to say, I have been reading his books all these years and haven't yet taken action. At this point I am fed up working a dead end job as a deli clerk for minimum wage and minimum hours. Living with my family sucks and I can't take it any more. There isn't a better time I can think of to secure my future and live my life to the fullest. I believe real estate investing is my way out of my current situation and I will make it my reality.
