I had the same question as Mike's wondering about the link on page 62 of the 30 days to quick real estate cash, buyersprofileinterview. I am wondering as well the ETA of this link. I already have a buyersprofile set of questions I have put together from a composite of some questions my own Real Estate Academy Coach has used, and a few more I gleaned from Jeff Jensen's conference call that Dean sent to us just before the Blitzkrieg. I am pretty happy with it, but still have a couple of questions and am wondering if the profile referred to in the book that I think was developed by Matt Larson will help answer the questions. When I get the link to compare I will post mine too if it's different in case others would like to see a sample. I have 2 cash buyers now and want to start hopping on some more detailed criteria of what they are looking for so I can scramble and get some profitible deals. Thanks so much!
