Hello, i've been in real estate and construction ever since i was a child. Both grandparents and parents always owened properties that they either rented fliped or fixed up and lived in. I've been doing painting,decorating,and remodeling for 30 yrs and would like to start purchasing properties for the same reason as they did, for extra income. I have investors and a couple motivated buyers ready to go. So far so good.

I was also thinking that maybe u could tell your buyer that you will hold her hand the entire way.walk her through it but you will need a 1%fee at closing.just an idea
