Things are going going going!!! We are constantly reading, learning, driving, negotiating and on and on. Let a good deal slip away. (hopefully not completely away). We will know this weekend if there is still a possibility to move forward. Lesson learned.....do not over analyze. It was great meeting you both and sharing lunch.
