I am getting ready to do my first deal. The option that i will be doing is the "lease option". Can anybody help me with the correct documents and how to prepare them?

This was so easy for me because I NEVER - well I stop watching the new about three years now. I just simply say to myself one day...I don't need something negative to be the last thing I see before I go to my bed; weather it’s someone died from a car accident, somebody got shot or whatever. So I just don’t watch the news any more. I must admit though, as you know us guys...I did watch a football game yesterday...and I’m peeking at the Monday night game as I write.

The other challenge will be just as easy for me to do as the first one.
