investment buddy
I'm new here and looking for an investment buddy to communicate with, I live in the southern california area and currently have my sights on being successful in the areas of bank owned properties because i have located a realtor who is directly involved with 3 or 4 major banks, and also i have my eye on short sales, because going to open houses and talking to different realtors it seems that short sales keep popping up more and more. Anyone interested in being an investment buddy?
