I have great opportunity to get in on a 4-5 house deal. Highly motivated seller... wants out of rental properties and looking to relocate... reason for selling residence as well. Owner currently carries a loan for $60k, but is willing to sale properties at reduced market price . Owner selling all properties, 5-house package (132,000) asking price) . Please, please, please get back with me asap! The seller has given me until Wednesday pm to let him know!!!!!
If I cannot find a hard money lender then I will NEED a BUYER. It is a 4-5 single-family-residence-deal, as was previously mentioned. One is owner-occupied, one is vacant and needs substantial repairs, the other 3 are rented (mostly refurbished, i.e plumbing, electrical, etc. in last 3 months-2 years) by stable, long-term renters (each over 1 year). They are all in the LOW-COST RANGE, with the owner's 5BR/3BA being the highest in cost. The others are renting out for $500-600/month.
Please let me know if you, or if you know of someone who can assist me with this!
