So naturally, foreclosures have greatly affected the market and the relative prices investors are willing to buy properties for. What are some good places online where one can find out what the recent REOs have sold for in a particular area. aka what investors are buying at.
Also does anyone know if estimates like on zillow and totalview include foreclosures in their estimation or if it's just based on recent non-auction sales?

Most online resources do not include auction sales, but do typically include foreclosures or REOs. A great way to get foreclosure comps is from a realtor. This way they can separate out regular sales. These comps are critical when you are pricing property for other investors. Once you know what prices investors are buying at, you know the amount you need to get below so you can pass it off to them at lower than normal foreclosure comp.
Wish you well!
