Excited About to Close First Deal $200,000-$250,000 Profit

Hello DG family,I bought Deans book some months ago and I have finally took action thanks to Dean me and my partner are about the close on our first deal and profit anywhere from $200,000 to $250,000 profit. We purchased a subdivision that is already developed and ready to build, the seller got the property back in foreclosure when he sold his banks to Well Fargo and they did not take on any of his debt, so he became very motivated to sell. He has been sitting on the property for about 1 yr and we found the property and made a serious offer. Asking price was $700,000 and we offered $550,000 and offer was accepted. We had no idea on how we were going to buy the property so we did our homework and found out about transactional funding, thats were you use there funds to close the deal, all you need is a end buyer, no credit needed and do a double close the same day and make money. We have signed the contract to purchase the property and we negoiated not to put any earnest money down and they agreed, how we done it I have no idea all thanks to GOD ALMIGHTY. We should close and the end of Nov or sooner we are justing lining up or buyer. We have on the leading Keller Williams office in the state of Texas selling it for us and we are very confindent they will. Once all fees are paid at closing me and my partner should clear about $80,000 to $100,000 profit each. Believe and achieve, Make it happen. We are so excited we can't hardly sleep at night but we are just getting started we have other deals lined up ready to go. We are more on the wholesale side with transactional funding deals,buy and sell doing double closing.
