Good job Tom. I know you wanted to make the complete deal but "a little bit of something is better than a whole lot of nothing."
Think of this:
#1- You helped a buyer
#2- You helped a seller
#3- you helped yourself

That sounds like a win/win/win to me.

I think it's a deal! You found a buyer, and you helped another investor close a deal! And... most importantly... you made $2500!! Great job! Congratulations!

Thanks Val..But that post still didnt tell me how I got my wings or the medals..Also Who do I tell that I did a deal so I can get my Dimond badge

First it's funny we care, isn't it? I'm still waiting for my badge to show up for attending the Edge 2011. It seems arbitrary, like is a moderator observes you do something, you may end up with a badge. But then again, maybe not.

I'm a newbie at real estate investing. I have posted some ghost ads on craigslist and have created a small buyers list. I haven't call any of them back an told them "I no longer have that property but I come across properties like the all the time what are you looking for?" I driven around in my local area and I found what I believe are good deals. But that is as far as I have got . I feel that I can do this but I have to be honest I feel fear starting to creep in on me. Any advice on what I should do first/next would be greatly appreciated. Thank you & God bless

...the wings, if you click on it, it says it's for a special contribution, so you must have posted something to help another DG member...
