Well, after much deliberation I've decided to drop the asking price of both properties. With a combined drop of 71k.
My 4 bed, is now @ 155 vs. 175,900
My 6 bed, is now @ 315 vs. 365,900
Even in doing so, investors not finding them enticing??? They are both in between 25-30% below FMV. Are other buyers just looking at 50% or below, on purchasing. There is nothing wrong with them, you can move right in... If they were re-habbers I could very well see them going for far less - but for the type of homes that they are, and in the area that they are??? I know people have success stories, but I'm now VERY doubtful that this will work for me. I was so excited, when I read the books, and went over the forum... But now, not so much. I'm in the courses by the way, the special training that cost over 3k..... Just goes over what was in the books, except for the promise of helping us with our first 5 houses - where is that at???
up! that's the thing. I don't know the market in your area so I can't say whether buyers (investors) are purchasing at 50% or lower. Just don't give up God Bless in your REI endeavors.
