Another deal done

The mobile that I showed the rehab pics on sold full price Saturday. We bought it for 2k and put 7k in repairs to make it a home once again. I sold it this morning for 15.9k. With the holding cost (4 months) which is 2k this will net us 3.9k and we didn't do any repairs because we hired the work out. Not a big one but they all add up.. NOW GO GET SOME

How did the buyer pay...cash, loan/down pmt, did you carry any paper?

Great job Kieth!

How is it working with the park management? Most our mobile homes here are senior. Are you able to buy the homes if you are not a senior? I've looked into them and wanted to purchase a few, but it seemed my age went against me. Eye-wink How are you doing it?
