OfflineToday I closed on another buy and hold property in Ohio! what is so special about this deal is that it is my first FSBO deal, and I was able to help out a desperate homeowner; I saw his ad on CL while looking for properties, and contacted him right away (on the evening of my Birthday!).
here's what the homeowner wrote to me in one of his emails:
"On a personal note I would like you to know how pleased I am to finally be passing this property along. It is a nice house that we loved the years we were in it, but carrying a double mortgage for the past three years has been more than taxing."
Ahhhhh... It is such a great feeling to make deals happen that are a win/win for everyone involved!

hope you're taking action too and calling the coaches! I know it can seem overwhelming when you start reading the lessons, but don't get hung up on them... call the coaches! before you know it a year will pass by, so you have to make the most of them while you have access to them...

I've been dealing with FSBO's a lot recently and find it very enjoyable. Much more than REOs, etc. They just open up and spill the beans! All we have to do is listen. Just having the opportunity to be in a position to help someone is an overwhelming feeling. I know I'll enjoy it even more when I finally get to the closing table. Won't be long cause I'm busy, busy and the bandits are working their magic!
