I'm on my third deal under contract. What is the best way that you have found to get cash buyers?

Hi,
I'm new to DG, and live in Boston. The market is pretty tight here - not many deals - so I thought I'd work on a buyers list and see if i can find partners. If you have any interest, send me a message. I hope I'll have a (beginning) buyers list in a week or two...
