I have gotten quite a few leads from it.
You can search for leads in any state, not just your own. It works better if you have all the information filled out. I had to do a lot of cold calling due to people not filling in their e-mail address, but hey, I got to introduce myself to a lot of people.
Best of all, as mentioned above, it is FREE!!! This can prove to be an invaluable resource.
