OfflineHey there!~ I have read all of deans books and am so excited to start my first deal. I have not joined deans success academy yet though. Anyone know how much it costs and is it really worth it? Also, I would like to either start my first deal lease optioning or wholesaling a property. I live in MA. Would anyone be willing to talk to me via telephone and help walk me through the process? I think I just need a little help with a mentor and cant afford his academy as I have no cash or credit to get started....Thanks so much!

I am so excited to see another student using this site to post. I too am a student in the Acadamy and leaving in about 5 min for day 3 of the amazing entry level course.If any one wishes to sponsor me I am willing to sign an agreement guaranteeing you our agreed on percent of return as well as collateral.
