Remember your friends, family members and work associates and inform then that you want to sell or buy property. Provide everyone with a business card
Post your real estate information on Craigslist or any of the many sites given on Dean's site. Post your information to help you find buyers.
Print attractive and professional business cards that list your information (the same as you've posted on your listing pages), and your contact information. Keep your cards handy in case you meet people interested in buying property. Post your flyers on community billboards.(These are harder to find but well worth the effort)

Well said Dianne. I think sometimes we can't see the forest for the trees. We run around looking at every other option we have available to us, that we overlook the people who are the closest to us. Our family and friends already know us, there’s no waiting time to build credibility and trust it’s already there. This can expedite the process of getting your deal done.
This is a great reminder to tell EVERYONE with all the ENTHUSIASM you can muster that YOU are a real estate investor!!! I can tell you with confidence that when you do this AND carry yourself with the confidence and determination that you MUST create .... MAGIC will happen. People and family all around you will be INTERESTED in what you are doing and want to get involved or HELP you sell that property or WANT to tell everyone for you that you buy houses and help others out of problem situations. Coaches r right on.... It all starts and continues with family , friends of friends ....aka WORD OF MOUTH .....
