OfflineI am local in socal and I want to begin investing but i want to do it where the market is best(from riverside to temecula to as far as oc/la and/or victorville/barstow). How would I find the info on where investors are putting their money and/or where the most motivated sellers are. I want to make sure my bandit signs/marketing strategy are in the right place/area.

join a rei club in your area, and meet other investors there...

Talk to your Real Estate agent. They know where the hotspots are and can tell you which zip codes are showing the most sales. This will tell you if you have a good agent as well.
