what direction do i go in.
First you get Dean's books and you read them all. Even better, read them twice.
You spend as much time on this site reading, reading, reading. Learn about real estate. When you start learning something about it, you will start to have questions.
Type the subject of the question in the box on the top left corner of this page and hit enter. It will give you a list of threads pertaining to that subject. If you don't find the answers to your questions there, then come on here and ask us.
We are more than happy to help you. But to succeed, you have to help yourself by doing the work. It isn't easy. Don't let anyone fool you into thinking that it is. But if you are willing to do what Dean tells you and are determined to be successful, you can do it!

thanks. i just ordered another of his books. cant wait to get a read on that. im just scared to make the first step. dont know what direction to go into. i would love to find properties and give them away. just dont know how about doing that. can u guide me. love to hear back from you. thanks again mary
