My name is Christina and my partners' name is Patrick. We are relatively new to the investing world. We have read Dean's books and are taking the courses through the Success Academy. We love everything we are learning and implement all the techniques as much as possible. However, within the past week, we seem to have reached a slump. Our RE agent dropped us and no "deals" to be found yet. We have come across a couple motivated sellers but no deals. We are trying to reach out to any fellow DGers that may be in the Buffalo area.
