I'm in van nuys and am pretty new myself, i drove around and looked at some pretty decent property today in my area. don't know what to do next really, should i get a realtor, call the realtors that have it listed and make an offer even though i don't have any potential buyers yet? i'm trying to start off by assigning deals first until i gain enough money to do other things like purchase, rent, etc.

i don't know why my PM link doesn't show; that goes to show how new i am at this and this site.
