If anyone has a property or properties (not in a high crime area) that you would like to wholesale to us, please send PM. We have the cash to buy quickly but are having a hard time beating out the big investors buying directly from the banks. We're working with DG techniques to get sellers but would like to find something now as well.

I don't know about specific deals in ST. Petersburg but I know there are a lot of deals in Southern Florida right now. Check out www.myhousedeals.com and click on Florida. Also try www.fsbitools.com and if you have not gone to total view real estate please do so, there are a lot of suggestions to find deals under "FIND IT" section. Hope this helps.
