OfflineHi, I am very new to this, but really want to get some deals under my belt. I've read the materials, watched DVD's, but would really love it if I could shadow someone through a deal that they are doing. I learn much better by seeing things in action. It doesn't matter if you are in NJ or elsewhere, I would just love to learn from someone out there doing. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Hello my name is Steven and I am in central jersey and I would love to be the fourth wheel. I have read all the books and watched all the Dvd's and sat in on almost every webinar I could think of. I own 11 properties which total 35 rental units which I purchased all by using creative financing in Broome County New York. 4 years into it I was able to eliminate my property manager thanks to my wife and now we too are a solid team.
