Getting Motivated

you guys do for work other than this but I know for me my landscape business won't give me and my family the life style we are used to any more, that with the fact that I get to help people and make money doing is all the motivation I need. Have you gone out and looked for proerties yet? The deals are there for the picking and we are the harvesters. Jump in and get your feet wet and you will find that the motivation will come very easily with every house or commercial property you look at. You're not going to get every offer and if you do you better recheck your numbers but what else will give you a great satisfaction for helping someone in need of assistance and getting a very good paycheck on top of it. You just need to find out what YOUR motivation is, what drives YOU not everyone else just YOU. Keep the Faith and it will happen.

I'm right now have 2 Properties Under Contract that I'm trying to Sell Now If any luck may God be my Luck & A Buyer is on their way . & OMG! I love watching "Million Dollar Listing" Have it on my Tivo Josh Flagg , Josh Atlman , & Madison are a Mess But they be doing the damn thing Wish I can Be like them .

It is your dream . make it what you will. turn it into a real goal by putting wing on it . join REI clubs talk to investors have some cards made up if you can't afford to just go sit in and listen ask if anybody pays referals most will pay something . my first payed $500.00 which wasn't long ago . I look at it like this somebody is going to pay me 500 bucks to learn what I know I will love doing and when you find a property . notice I didn't say if but when you find a property YOU DECIDE if you turn it over for a fast 500 or do it yourself for a few thousands you also learn how to present an info pak to an investor the comps the zoneing the selling price the ARV all the things you must learn to win in this game . and if you work hard and the investors like your get up and go attatude your hunger for the game . your ethic's to show that you are an honest man or woman . they will be more than happy to help show you the local ropes It boils down to this I think you have to fall in love with the idea first so if you love the game it is never a problem to do what you love Is it ?

Well I backed out of the selling of those 2 Homes Cause they were what My crooked End-Buyer wanted which were Million Dollar Homes which isn't What I was going for at all . I got rid of him & I now Only do Properties that are Shortsale's , REO, & Foreclosures .

I'm right now getting my Offers & Contracts Drawn up On 5 FL Shortsale Properties tomorrow & i'm needing Buyers for them all their $100K each .

As for Working with the Guys of "Million Dollar Listing" You know I have Josh Atlman's E-mail Address I e-mailed him upon doing Business & he responded back saying Of course & for me to Call him when ever I'm ready to do Deal's , So Hes on my list Of Doing business with .

I Just Need to Get my First Deal Done & save about $1,000 For putting up Earnest Cash Next time I go into doing Any deal .

Right Now my Exist Strategy finding Cash End-Buyers/& Investors & selling the homes .

My Future exist Strategy is to do A Real estate Auction with A Good Friend who Owns a Real Estate Auction Company .

Once I get my First check I'm paying off debts & saving some cash to do my own deal's next time cause from what it looks all they ask is for A POF Letters & Earnest Cash to get them started on rather they want to give you the home under A good faith of Earnest Cash & contract .

right now I'm starting little With small Homes & all & Then i'm going to save & then go into Luxury homes . & Yes getting A check for $450K Sounds Great.......LOL .
