Today, I reached out to a REA hoping that he can provide a Cash Buyers list, so I can get started. Don't know what he will say, but its worth a try. If he says no, I will find another one. I know I can do this, so I'm giving it a shot to better my financial future, for me and my family.
I'm working a part-time job, and it's fine for now. Financially, it is not enough, things have to get better. I'm tired of struggling, but know that if I put forth the effort and apply your teachings Dean and have confidence, I will rise to the top. I trust "God", and know he will provide what I need to succeed. I can't just sit back any longer and expect things to get better, if I don't work out a plan and make it happen. I will keep you posted..

As I research I see interest rates are low. The house I have now is at a higher interest rate so, I will refinance to free more resources but, as I talk to the Lenders that say I will do better with them for my home and investing property than I will with the brokers. Are there any one with some knowledge with this?
