I mean I have tried so many other money making projects in the pass to no avail, but I just believe that this one is it! I know how you feel... I done a number of different things, but should have stuck with real estate. I try my hand at my dream of owning a franchise restaurant, but I beleive that real estate is here to stay. I like Dean's book and the Success Course thus far. I will begin moving properties soon.

There is no profession better than RE. If you've got alot of patience and common sense you should do great. Don't expect miracles and instant riches, but steady growth andknowledge and when things happen faster than you thought, you'll appreciate it more.

this is the X factor behind getting one deal and celebrating for a few days after you cash your check to havng multiple deals and multiple checks and celebrating year round.
I have relationships with fellow re agents, brokers, lawyers, cash buyers, wholesalers, etc nationwide. And these relationships continually put me in a position to keep a steady flow of checks coming my way.
