my name is diandre and i am from california in the la county area. i have bought deans books and read them both twice and today i made the decision join the academy! i'm very excited to see where this where take me. so i will keep you updated with my progress!

I recently put a house under an option and now have a buyer for the Home. The problem i am running into is that the title companies are saying that they can not do a double closing. I live in Sacramento Calif and if anyone has any suggestions on what I could do to get the deal done please let me know.
