Putting in my foot work... found 3 REO's today

Today went driving around with the misses and found 3 great properties, looks to be bank owned (REO).

Putting out the calls and contact tomorrow to the banks and checking out the situation with those properties... hopefully bank says they are up for grabs ; ) wish me luck guys

driving around looking for vacant properties is a great way to find deals! take different routes every day, and take notes whenever you see a house that looks uncared for... then you research them when you get home!
If you do this every day, think about the number of deals that you could get!!!

I get goosebumps just thinking about it, My wife is very VERY supportive. She is actually the one taking new routes everyday just to see if she can spot vacant property (she only askes for a 50/50 commission, thats okay right ? lol)

But Real Estate is fun, im growing into it and starting to love it, despite its challenges,rejections, let down, it is still a GREAT field to be in, Better then your average 8-6 job huh

Great Action

Congrats on taking action then .....
Keep going. It inspires me to see someone doing what I'm doing (did the drive last couple of days) , found ten pre -fc and an reo since June with no action on it.
So don't stop now, just do the next step
