leap of faith!!!

leap of faith!!!

Hi everyone,

My wife and i just attended the seminar on buying foreclosed homes and loved every second of it. we signed up for the 3 day workshop even though money is extremely tight right now we both feel like this is our opportunity to do something great with our lives. my question is, has anyone here gone to this workshop, and is it worth it? Its a lot of money for us to be giving up right now and we are both very scared, but we also feel like this can be good for us. We are taking action and trying to make it happen, we cant wait to get started... thank you all for all the help it good to know that even though times are tough right know everyone here is kind enough to help.

Great

Have you attended the workshop as yet? I toke that same leap as I was very low on funds. I went to the 3 day seminar in VA. It was surely worth the money. I learned a lot during the three days. The presenter and their staff was very helpful. I got the feeling that the genuinely wanted to see you succeed. While there they are going to sell you on becoming an advance student. I took a HUGE leap of faith on that as well. I just decided it was time to invest in myself and my financial freedom. Its been about 3 weeks and I haven't closed a deal yet, but its ONLY been 3 weeks. I'm gaining the knowledge and I have the support to become successful.

Good luck and if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Thank you

No i haven't it is this up coming weekend. Do you recommend to do the advance training, or do you think it is possible to be successful doing the 3 day seminar only? I would love to do the advanced training but its my wife that i would have to convince... Thank you jevon i appreciate the help.

Great

that you are both in it together; it will help tremendously! Best Wishes to you both!!

Extra late

I'm sorry I'm extremely late with my response. You get ALOT of information with the advance training. I was not able to invest in all that the training got to offer, but I did receive a good amount of training material.

I have to be honest though. I have received a couple "sales" phone calls asking if I would like to buy more material and it has been a bit annoying. Though I'd love to get a mentor I just can't afford it and I've explained it to the person calling a couple times.

Other than that, the information I've learned from the material, but really from this forum, has been great. I still haven't made a deal yet, but I'm still not discouraged. Alot of it is actually fear in making a mistake and not the lack of information.

To answer your second question: I do think its possible to become successful without the training material. It really depends on the type of person you are. The information is available out there, but you'll have to get out and find it. Search the forums (not just this one) and probably partner up with someone. Anything is possible if you're willing to put the work in.

Good luck to you and sorry again for the delay.
