Investing after Bankrupcty....

Investing after Bankrupcty....

After several years of thought and prayer, this is the answer I am faced with.

So my question is where to start after it is all said and done. Now I have enough since to know it is NOT going to be a cake walk...but, it is not now. I just want to do what my next steps should be....?

This is not an easy decision for our family but, we have got to do something to pull our head out from under this sinking ship.

Job 22:21 Submit to God, and you will have peace; then things will go well for you.
Job 22:28 You will succeed in whatever you choose to do, and light will shine on the road ahead of you.
Deut 28:8 The Lord will guarantee a blessing on everything yo do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The Lord you God will bless you in the land he is giving you.

Investing in terms of what???

Flipping???

Buying and holding as rental income???

Keeping as a primary residence???

If you're just thiking about doing assignments or finders fees, then your bankrutpcy is not an issue. However you could use that to raise money to purchase your properties with cash, use equity to then purchase other properties, and so on.

You have multiple options at your disposal.

Elix you are a rock star

You are simply a rock star you can always point us in the right direction....My plan is to wholesale, assign, also do some lease option deals.

My do want to do some flips and buy/holds for rentals in the future.

First step would be to build cash and credit back up!

Most people would be like "I have no options/i'm scared/I don't want to fail....

You're saying you're going to do something. And I know you're going to do it

Thanks

I just feel I'm not the only one going through this and by my working out my thoughts and actions steps here on the forum....others will be able to work out theirs also.
