Where to find the best deals?

Depending on what you are looking for try these sites:

1. www.biggerpockets.com: good site to network for investors and talk about deals.

2. www.meetup.com: good site to find investors and network.

3. www.myhomedeals.com: good sites to find wholesale deals.

4. www.owners.com: good site to find for sale by owner deals.

I would also suggest networking with local real estate investment clubs, try a variety of things to find the deals. Hope this helps.
