How do I now if it is a good deal

I found my realtor and I hav a list of potential properties and feel overwhelmed with all of the info. How do I know which one is good? Biggest fear is rehab repair cost. My buyers are rehabbers so How do I assign these?

We also have listings to go thru. Do you have the rehabbers criteria of what they are looking for?

Since that is what they do...they should be able to help narrow down your search just by telling you a few things they usually look for.

Connecting with that question will also give you a better repoor with them. When it comes down to similar offers in the future they will choose you over the "other guy" because you have more of a connection. I believe no question is silly & it just shows them you value their time in the furture when you find properties for them to check out.

My question too,

What system of information should I use to determine the value of a property? I mean, I have searched this entire site and I can not find a form that I can put in front of me and then compile the proper information to tell me if the property is a good deal and what I need to discount it to so that I get the proper profits.

Can anyone tell me how?
